Hey everyone I just had my baby girl 2 days ago!! Love of my life. The problem is.. I haven't gone to the bathroom since!! I tore in a w shape I guess inside toward the back by my rectum. I can't sit without it hurting or walk. Sitting on the toilet is horrible. Has anyone gone through this?? If so how did u go #2?? What helped?? Im desperate. This is horrible!!!!! Btw doc gave me ibuprofen and a stool softener and still nothing
