Just found out I'm 4 weeks due Nov 7 according to the app and only hubby knows ahhhhhh it's going to be so hard to keep it to myself I am just wondering what to do now do I book a doctor's app I miscarried at 8wks 5days 2 years ago and so I'm a bit scared to celebrate TIA
