Thought nausea had gone!! Boy was i wrong!!!

Ah the nausea is back !! I had a really good 2 days nearly no nausea atall But last night it came back ive had hardly no sleep as i kept waking up feeling sick after waking up about 7 times during the night ive had to get up at 3:03 i just cant take the waking up feeling so sick and as soon as i got downstairs i was actually sick i guess when they say your symptoms come and go they were right!!! Hows everyone elses nausea??
