No matter how much you read, how many people you know that have experienced it, nothing prepares you when you get the cramping/bleeding in early pregnancy! Had some cramping and very light spotting, and even though I have read over and over that it's not uncommon, I had to go to the ER! But I did get to see my little one, measuring 6 weeks 1 day (6 weeks according to last period, so spot on) and got to see the heartbeat. Very very thankful everything is ok, and I needed the peace of mind.
