Need weight advise
Hey ladies, I am struggling to control my weight and I am going on holiday in June and really want to make the effort to look good with a growing bump and not a beached whale 🐳 I have put on 14lbs since being pregnant and I am only 17weeks along. I was already overweight before I became pregnant so there is no threat of becoming underweight by any means. I will admit that I have not been eating healthy but I have been trying to stay active. Am I able to lose weight safely by cutting out the junk food and just eating healthy or will that still not make a difference? Any advice would be greatly appreciated as I want to feel like a proud mum to be showing off my bump on the beach. Cheers!
