Frustrated with all this GD nonsense.
First time we've gone out to be social was this weekend. I had to pass on a lot of the foods being served, and couldn't eat the portions I was served of the items I thought would be okay. I felt so rude leaving two thirds of the food on my plate. It was so much and I just couldn't be sure what was in everything. Basically couldn't stick to my meal, snack, sleep, and water schedule and it seems to have thrown everything off since. I figure it's because I see the doc tomorrow and I wanted to show perfect numbers. :p Ugh.
How do you handle circumstances out of the ordinary? Sometimes this GDM thing is so frustrating!
