Vitex!!?! Anybody

Question

I am looking into starting Vitex , I have irregular periods, and I am trying to conceive. Have been trying TCC for 1 year and nothing. Read about Vitex . Can anybody who has tried this and it helped please respond. Also can you let me know when you took it ? How many times a day and how long it took to conceive ?!? Please

I tried for just under 3 years, started taking vitex approx 6 months before my bfp. I just took 1 tablet a day. I have no idea if this is the reason i got my bfp but id say it definately helped! Good luck and try to stop trying as such that helped me too :)

I took vitex for about 4 months before getting my BFP. I tool 1,000mg in the morning about 30 minutes before breakfast. It definitely helped to regulate my cycles and I believe it helped me get my BFP! I also was taking my BBT to confirm that I was ovulating. Good luck and baby dust to you!
