Pain during sex around ovulation time?

Glow told me when it thought my ovulation was I had sex the day before and it was a little painful a couple days later I felt these pinching cramps could that mean something? Been trying to conceive over a year now and just started using glow...I have irregular menstrual cycles but just started taking metformin about 3 weeks so not sure if the medicine got my cycles back in order that fast or not? What do you think?
