All the symptoms now nothing?!

Hi guys the past two weeks I've had bad cramping ,nausea, and tiredness. Now yesterday and today I don't feel anything.. Still no second positive preg test I only had one.. Was this all I my head ?

Breast tenderness has disappeared but I am still really tired all the time and have very light cramping.. I worry too :/ no other symptoms.. Trying to feel lucky!!

My symptoms have come and gone. The minute I think that something has past it comes back. I had no sickly / morning sickness feeling from weeks 9-16 but now it's back. Some days I don't have any symptoms and others I have them all at once. I was worries but it's okay not to have lots of symptoms or for them to come and go. Good luck, but I'm sure it's all okay. If you are worried talk with your dr.

Low HCG. My daughter had me half crazy thinking it was in my head. Wait a few weeks and test again. Things should have stabilized at a level that is detectable.
