When did you stop drinking alcohol/caffeine

I've cut down caffeine but still drink alcohol sometimes at the weekend while ttc. I feel I can't put my life totally on hold on the off chance I get pregnant.  as soon as I get a bfp (fingers crossed!) then i stop obviously

I don't drink alcohol while Ttc but I do drink coffee every morning. When I was pregnet I would drink a small cup every morning

I stopped drinking coffee but pop is really hard ... I'm done to two cans a day if not less it's seams to be like the only thing that clams my belly I have really bad morning sickness

I don't drink, so I never had to give that up lol.  As far as caffeine, I rarely drink anything with caffeine in it, so I didn't give that up either lol

I stopped drinking alcohol during the TWW. I still drink caffeine, read that 200mg was ok. Starbucks are 75mg a shot

I don't drink alcohol since TTC but I do drink green tea. I'm trying to quit though. I already stop drinking caffeinated coffee. It's just so hard for me to stop tea as well.

Currently ttc #1.  With working part-time and completing the 4th year of my degree, I'm not about to give up coffee lol!  As a rule of thumb I try to not have any alcoholic beverages after ovulation, other than the occasional one or two.  When we do conceive, I'll reduce coffee to maximum one cup/day.
