Mine is about 85-95 BPM, and I have tachycardia. When my tachycardia causes problems it can be as high as 130, but only for a bit. The numbers you're showing are super high for resting.  You can get a heart rate monitoring app on your phone to test. They're actually very accurate

Laying on my couch right now and my Fitbit says my heartrate is 73. 7w3d pregnant

Mine is about 80, it was about 60 pre pregnancy!
