Excited/shocked

We've been trying for 6mons and this month i dont really pay attention but i log everything.. So ive officially missed my period but i dnt think anything of it because it's irregular (last month late 4 days) anyways... I take a test and low and behold i see a faint line... 👀 😮 then wait a little bit and retest with a digital!! EDD is nov 2nd according to glow.. Firat appt is march 21st.. We were losing hope and then decided not to worry and bam!!! We are pregnant!!
