Yay or Nay

I've been on the pill for 4 months now, well this month I missed a few due to my son having the flu and an emergency visit. I had sex on the 21st, well I'm now 8 days late on my period, no bleeding, cramping, nothing. My breast are sore my CM was white and creamy and now there is really not much there. 3 negative tests later I'm confused. I restart my pill tomorrow! Advice needed much!
