So this started as a little bump... Finally it popped by itself today... Mine have never popped. It just poured out blood. Should I go to the Doctor or be concerned at all?

If it drained on its own then you're ok. Don't squeeze it, just let it heal. Could be a cyst or an abcess, but if you're concerned make an appointment. I get these often. After they drain it heals up. Just make sure you don't irritate it because it could come back :( I had to get one surgically drained back in December.
