How much do you/have you worked while pregnant?

I've been working so much as a server! I work five to six days and I wanted to know if anyone has worked crazy amounts while pregnant? Is it harmful? Especially running around all day! I'm 32 weeks and a few days and I feel so bad for my little girl! She must be bouncing in there a lot from all the walking I do! If you have worked a lot while pregnant and on your feet for a majority of the time, did you go into labor early? If so, how early?!

I was a cocktail waitress at a fast paced bar until I was 36 weeks with my first son. I had to stop because it almost put me into labor! Just listen to your body. Don't push yourself too far.

I'm an elementary teacher. So 5 days a week 7-3 on my feet all day. For my first child I worked at a movie theater sitting in the box office. My hips and back were in so much pain from sitting so much. I also gained 35 lbs with that pregnancy and only 17 with this one.

I worked 9 hrs a day 5 days a week.  BUT I had an office job and I will say it makes a big difference.  Being home now I run around a lot more and I am super exhausted!

I couldn't imagine working anywhere where I was on my feet all day!

I work 8 am to 5 pm at a desk job. I feel okay for now but I definitely sympathise with the women working their asses off in retail or serving - I worked 2 retail jobs with my first and it was exhausting.

I work 8 hours a day 5 days a week in a factory. It is highly frowned upon to be caught sitting down as well, but I will sneak and sit down for a couple minutes at a time, because my feet will just kill me.

I work as a supply tech in a hospital that has multiple buildings. I'm on my feet all day running around to different buildings, delivering/ pushing carts of supplies, packing orders, lifting heavy boxes,etc. I average 14 miles a day working 5 days a week. I'm working until I'm 38.5 weeks. I'm going to laugh if I'm told to walk more to induce labor.

I work per diem. I'll have 8-9 days off and then have 3 twelve hour shifts in a row or 9 days in a row of shorter shifts. The stretches of 12's are killer and my poor feet and ankles get the worst of it.
