Has anyone ever went through this?

Okay so I haven't gotten my period for 93 days that's 3 months. Last month I went to my gynecologist to see why I haven't gotten my period, well he did a exam checking everything he said everything looked good & we even did a pregnancy test it was negative. So from there he had my go get a ultra sound on my ovaries and come to find out I have ovarian cysts which forms from not getting a period. I want to concieve for a baby but he said it will be hard...
