I want a baby

I thought I was not fertile and couldn't get pregnant because I have been trying for six months and I woulnt get pregnant. I saw my doctor and she said I was fine. I went 43 days with no period, I swore I was pregnant, I tested and it was negative. Then today I started my period. Please give advice. I just want a baby. 😔😔
