So my boyfriend and I decided to use extra protection besides just a condom. So we thought the sponge would be a great idea. Cheap. Easy to use. Has spermicide. Can be used up to 30 hours. So we tried it. Idk it may just be my petite body type but it was difficult to insert. After that it was fine. We used it. All was well and dandy. Nope. After a few hours it began to burn and hurt to pee. I left it in so the spermicide would work then took it out asap. I felt like I had the worst uti ever when I did. I did end up having an uti. It's mostly gone now. Never using it again. I don't recommend it to anyone.
