I have a history of low progesterone with my previous (miscarried) pregnancies.  My doctor has prescribed progesterone suppositories and I'm supposed to start tomorrow.  Well, of course, I just opened the bag and the instructions aren't quite as detailed as my type a personality would like. There is one applicator in this bag and 90 capsules.  Am I supposed to clean this thing?  How?  If anyone can help me understand this a little better, I would be extremely grateful!!
