Would you have a baby if...? 😔
Cancer runs in my family. Well on my mothers side my dads side has no known history of cancer.
Colon cancer and breast cancer are VERY recurring on moms side (not my mom as of yet but lots of her siblings and my grandma and grandpa), and I was diagnosed with ovarian cancer when I was 18 (1st ovarian cancer diagnosis in the fam).
My fiancées family does not have any known history of cancer.
I'm almost 21 and not nearly ready to start having children, but I think about it quite often.. I am so looking forward to mini me's of us running around and I long for it...but is it fair of me to want that?
My question is, with this history of cancer would it be fair of me to have children and possibly put them through something like that in their future?...
What are your thoughts?
