Does anyone else get tonsils stones (warning kinda gross)

I have got this massive tonsil stone as u can see and it's annoying and I want it gone but I can stick things down there to dislodge it, anyone have any tips on getting rid of this nasty thing!!!!!!!!! I got them after I got chronic tonsillitis and I can't shake the stupid things!!!
