Pains (TMI)

I got woken up this morning by some excruiatingly painful cramp like feelings where you would usually get cramps, only 10 times worse. I dont know what this could be.

I have been constipated for about 2-3 days now so i was wondering if that could be it? I also had unprotected sex about a week and 2 days ago and was wondering if that had anything to do with it.

Please help me, i dont know what this could be!
