I have endometriosis and my symptoms were :
- pain 3 days before period began, agonising period and bowel movements during period. 
- pain didn't subside until 2-3 days after period finished
- extremely heavy periods - caused anemia in me
- pain during intercourse 
- my mum has endo so I was at higher risk
- trouble concieving 
- irregular periods
- most of the time really long periods could bleed two different times in one month

Answer

My symptoms are pain in the lower abdominal area. The pain is different than any pain I have felt before and hard to describe. It is constantly there before and after periods.
I also have irregular periods and they are very heavy
Pain during sex
