Hey I started using the patch on Saturday after 5 years of using the pill the main thing I'm worried about is placement, where to put it? I've put it on my lower back for now but I love having long warm baths in the evening and it's still on but I've noticed it's creased a bit in the middle. Has anyone got an advice on where they wear it and how they deal with keeping it on for the week? Thank you!
