When will I ovulate?

I'm confused. Glow says today I have a 33% chance of conceiving.  Today is two weeks since the first day of my last period. However, I have been doing ovulation tests for the last 4-5 days and they have all been negative. I took a digital read test this morning that said no. Did I miss my ovulation? On Sunday when I took a test the line was darker than it had ever been but still lighter than the other line. I know I ovulate because my periods have always been normal and have showed up every month. My cycle is typically 29 days long. What's the latest day and earliest day in a cycle that you can ovulate?
