Yes mam I do. I take my temp around the same time every morning before getting out of bed. I know it's maybe too soon to see any kind of pattern but just seems like the temp differences are so big. 😔

Do you have an actual basal body thermometer? I was using a regular thermometer at first then realized that a basal thermometer is much different and reads more exact temperature. It looks the same but reads 00.00 instead of just 00.0

Am I doing this right? Please any advice would be great!
