Ayla Lynn was born on February 21, 2016 at 1:07 am. She was 8 lbs 9 oz and 21 inches long. I started realizing it was true labor around 7:30 pm and labored at home as long as I felt comfortable. When we arrived at the hospital around 1130 pm I was dilated to 9 cm. My husband and fabulous nurse helped me work through the last few painful contractions and then after 3 pushes she was here! I can't believe that from start to finish it only took 5 hours and 10 mins. Her birth was everything I had hoped for, drug free and focused. We are so thankful for our blessing.
