Usually its the day with the highest percent is ur ovulation day but i would take opk to make sure!!!

ovulation varies with different people so they can't tell for defo when u will ovulate so they are telling you the most fertile time to concieve. The only way u will know for defo is to try ovulation tests during your fertile days x
