3 weeks late

3 wks late, 5 negative tests, no symptoms... Had my IUD taken out in August. Been TTC since then.. I am usually very regular and always within a day or two of my chart, but I am now 3 weeks late. No spotting whatsoever. Have taken 5 tests (all diff brands) within the last month. Most recent one was this morning. I think I should call my Dr, but I know that she will want a Pos. Test before I go in right?

I also want to know because my husband has been out of town for work and I fly to visit him at the end of the month and would like to be able to tell him in person as well as see my Dr before then.

Anyone else been in this situation?
