I feel guilty

So I sometimes masturbate using the shower head but every time I do it I feel so freaking guilty after. I'm in a long distance relationship so masturbation is pretty normal but my SO doesn't like the idea of anything other than him and my own hands getting me off. (Aka the shower, vibrators etc.) He thinks that it becomes something that I'd rely on and want more than him. So whenever I use the shower head I feel awful about it. Is this normal? Any advice?
