Pcos success stories ?

I have pcos and my boyfriend and I have been trying for 18 months to concieve I don't take any medications and just got my period back in June after loosing 25 pounds . 
Anyone with pcos and haven't taken fertility medication have a success story ? I'm scared I'll never concieve

I have pcos, I didn't get diagnosed till after my second miscarriage. I was given 500mg of metformin per day and 3 weeks later I was pregnant with my beautiful (now going to be 2 in 3 weeks) baby boy, since going on metformin I've had one miscarriage in May and now pregnant with my second and I just found out early its a girl. Good luck!
