Vitamin/Morning sickness.
Sooooo, I took my prenatal vitamin this morning at 8, and then I've just been sick all over my back garden, safe to say morning sickness is hitting me hard ha... Would my vitamin be digested within 45 minutes? Or would I have to take it again with me being sick? 😷
