Giving birth to my daughter 12weeks early was the worst

I was 27 weeks 2days when I went into the hospital and found out I was 5cm dilated which was the worst news to find out I had to get steroids to help with her lungs and brain which one slowed down the process so I was on bed rest 8cm dilated the whole week from Tuesday 12am 9cm on friday up until I had my daughter that Saturday at 12:11am when I just turned 28 weeks it was the longest week and emotional I started having heavy bleeding and clotting so they broke my water and 5 pushes later there was my little girl,it's the hardest thing to go to the hospital everyday and not be able to take her home with me I honestly cry every time just hoping this process goes by quickly because she's doing so well and doing everything already only being a week old today. but she's so little I have a long 11 weeks ahead.
