Should the bible be brought up to help rape victims?

I just saw a post where this girl talked about her rape experience. She had a lot of support from <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android.eve">Eve</a> members with over 100 comments. Of those comments, only 1 person brought up the bible and reflected Christ. I thought the comment was beautiful and so sincere. Should we bring up the bible on situation like this? Or just give a word of advice and keep scrolling. I'm a Christian and feel like I want to minister to some on here but I don't want to make others feel uncomfortable.
