First time using Pre seed
Just bought my pre seed yesterday at target, AF arrived on 2/28 and just ended yesterday.
I seen the box comes with applicators, do I just insert the lube in like a tampon sorry stupid question I just want to make sure I'm doing it right.
I will be checking my cervix starting tomorrow but we will be bd all month
