Baby shower for second baby

My husband and I have a son who will be 3 by the time we have our twins. Our family and friends were incredibly generous and threw us FOUR baby showers when we were expecting him (local family, local friends, distant family/friends and coworkers - totally unprompted and SO appreciated). Is it tacky to have another baby shower? The truth is that now that we know we are having twins, we can use all the help we can get but we don't want to take advantage of people's generosity. We obviously still have a ton of stuff from our son so it's really "twin stuff" that we really need. Thoughts?
