What do you think helped you concieve?

I'm trying everything here. And nothing seems to be working. What helped you?  Apart from sex. Because I am a sex addict 😑 but any tricks or something?

I used Geritol a multivitamin and I think that possibly worked because before that I was ttc for over a year and was told to use prenatals while trying and I feel like that didn't work so I started using it in July and found out I was pregant in October

We had sex every other day but we did that every month for the last 10 months lol the only thing i did was really focus on my weightloss by cutting carbs from my diet.

We tried for a year and nothing happened.  My husband deploys in 8 months so I did NOT want our baby born when he may be gone.  I got pregnant lol

To be honest I went off of birth control and once we got married we stopped preventing we didn't start "trying" we just let it happen and it did a month later
