Symptoms of pregnancy 8dpo

So its 8 dpo and since yesterday i have been urinating nonstop dull cramping/pressure on left side if abdomen mild nausea thatvonly lasts a couple minutes at a time and i want to eat everything in sight.  Since this morning i have had mild soreness in breasts but only on the sides,  i keep getting mixed answers about how early signs of pregnancy occur
