Fresh blood

Hi so previously I posted about bleeding yesterday with brown blood. But this morning km bleeding with fresh blood. I'm 6 weeks and 6 days. I don't have nausea. Extreme pains. Just normal period pains but no constant pain. Yesterday it was brown blood and today it's fresh red blood. But no clotting too. The ultrasound says I'm fine and the doctor can see my sac. But took an opinion with another doctor and she got a test done to see if the numbers are increasing in the reports and another blood test needs to be done with in 48 hours. So they would know if the baby survives or not. I don't know what to do. I'm on complete bed rest though. 😢
