What helps with implantation?

I have been reading about early ovulation and some articles have said that the problem with that is sometimes your uterine lining isn't thick enough for implantation.

what helps with this? any home remedies?

What do you mean early ovulation? if you ovulate a lil sooner that should mean everything is working right and you'll get af in about 14 days or be pregnant. But ovulating sooner than what?

This is my cycle this month. last month is not accurate since I did opk testing in the green sections and it did not become positive. I figure it was early last month so I missed it.
