How do <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a>'s work? My fiancé and I have been trying for a little over 3 years with no luck. I've had an hsg last year and everything was fine with me. He has been tested and he's fine as well. I was on femara for 3 cycles and nothing. What do you guys think I should do next?
