Anyone suffer from hypothyroidism
I am 21 years old been dealing with hypothyroidism for 2 years. Taking meds for it sucks but it helps. I want over weight and weighing my heavesy i ever been. Almost 300 pounds 20 pound more and i will be 300. Anyone have any tips for a person with hypothyroidism? Diet ideas exercise ideas and tips.
