Well I'm worried

Well I've been havin a lot of stomach and back pain lately, so I went to the doctor yesterday and they told me it was a uti which I've had for months. And today I went to the ER because I couldn't stand the pain, they told me I had no uti and they couldn't do anything and suggested I see my Gyno. I'm really worried about the possibilities of cysts on my ovaries. Would this cause pregnancy problems?
