Bleeding after sex

I have had only sec with females via fingers, mouth, rarely dildo play done to me but it has happened. The question is after sex the a couple days later I usually have spotting. I've never understood if this was a normal thing or not but it makes me almost not want to have sex! I jus want to know if that's a normal thing maybe because I've never had sex with a guy!? But I'm 28 going on 29 so it just seems a little odd.
