Confused. Someone hear me out..

So my last period was Jan 1-4 haven't had a period since. Not at all in Febuary. On March 1st, I thought AF was here i had light bledding at 9am till noon. Mild cramps, sore breast.  NOTHING AFTER THAT. So I went to the hospital. I tested Negative for both urine & blood test. Till today i still havent had AF come around, still negative. No symtoms.? Like what to do I do.?
