When do I ovulate :/

Question

I have irregular periods, so keep tabs on three different apps as I range from 28-40 days. My last cycle was 40 days. According to one app, this is my fertile week, and we have had unprotected sex. According to glow, my fertile week is next week.

Is there any way of knowing?

Tracking and following your signs of being fertile will help you to identify when you are fertile and the best time to have sex. this method is known as fertility awareness method and if done properly, it can be very effective to improve chances of pregnancy or even if you wanted to avoid. The book is by Toni weschler. I highly recommend it and if you google, I can almost guarantee you will not even find one bad review. Women who have irregular cycles even have success with it

I'm the same. I think you need to look for signs that you are ovulating and then test and see. My Dr said try every other day for the whole month anyways!!

Have sex every other night to rejuvenate the sperm. You're bound to figure it out. I've been told CM that is like raw egg white is SUPER fertile. Good luck!

I have same problem but ovulation kits did not help my situation bought 2 packs already & with both packs not one has told me I'm ovulating when these apps tells me I am. ?
