Lactation Without Pregnancy

The last time I was on the depo provera shot I had milk lactation coming out from my boobs, I got off Birth Control For about a year and recently got on the implanon. Again I see lactation. Is this happening to anyone else and is it normal btw I'm not pregnant. Help please any information  helps
