Wanting a baby has me insane in the membrane!

Ok so I know i need to lose weight, and my blood pressure is high and its not healthy to have a baby the size i am now... i havent been really worried about it this month just been focused on my health... but baby fever wont go away!! We only BD twice in my fertile week and i know with being overweight and everything its very unlikely to get pregnant.... but why oh why did i just take a pregnancy test :( i know af is 4 days away and its definitely coming... why must my heart be trying to rule my head!
