Exfoliate, regular exfoliation will slough off all the old dead skin and make way for fresh new skin.

Use any scent free hypoallergenic moisturizer at least twice a day. It's very important to stay away from any added fragrance because it'll just dry your skin out.

If you've just given birth remember you may not see a difference in the appearance of your stretch marks until you hit around 6 months. You don't need to buy into any special creams, lotions, oils, or balms.

You just need to follow a very easy, very basic skin care routine and stick to it and you'll see the best results.

Try bio oil. Ive been using it for only 3 days now and had some on my hips and they've already gotten a little lighter after just 3 days of use. So im confident in this product for right now. Plus drink loads of water!
