How does it make you feel?

How does it make you feel inside that it is difficult for you to conceive and having difficulty.?

Im 23 years old and I have been trying for 13 months. There is no one I know around my age that has had this much trouble ttc. It's the most depressing feeling in the world not knowing whether or not you can have children. I'm very healthy and have always been very healthy. Bmi is 20. I do have irregular periods but they're never more than 48 day cycles. Average 34 days in a cycle. My partner used to be a smoker and drug user but has quit all that and has been clean and a non smoker for almost a year. I want to give up but I don't want to. The feeling is awful.
